Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have split.
Avril is said to have asked Deryck, who she wed three years ago, to move out of their Los Angeles mansion after calling time on their relationship. A source told Us Weekly magazine: 'She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on. Divorce papers will be filed any day now.' Sum 41 rocker Deryck is apparently 'crushed' by Avril's decision, and was keen to work through their problems. Avril, 24, is so determined to move on from the relationship she has decided to ditch the tracks from her forthcoming album which she worked on with Deryck. A friend told the publication: 'She is going to do new songs that don't have his mark on them. She wants no trace of him.'
