Xbox 360 Final Fantasy XIII Could Get Japanese Release
Final Fantasy XIII is multiplatform throughout the world, except for in Square Enix's home territory of Japan. There, the game's producers and directors went out of their way to assure players that the game would be PS3 only, and it has remained just that thus far.
A year after the PS3 version's 12/17/2009 release, the relatively small Japanese Xbox 360 userbase may at long last be getting their hands on the game. Some early leaks indicate that the upcoming issue of Japan's Dengeki PlayStation magazine will be confirming a Japanese release for the 360 version. The magazine mentions English voice overs, a new "easy mode" and a bonus booklet that includes artwork and unseen event scene images.
